You’re invited to the 11th Annual PTO General Assembly Meeting August 2-4! This event will once again bring together members - both vendors and users - to provide you with an appreciation of the PROFIBUS and PROFINET marketplaces and a better understanding of the PTO marketing focus. A preliminary agenda has been included for your information. The cost for attendance for both days is $795, due prior to the meeting. This fee includes:

Luxurious suite at the new Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (Aug. 2 & 3) including all taxes and fees.
Tuesday evening Welcome Reception and PROFIBUS/PROFINET Product Fair.
Full two-day meetings including technical presentations and materials.
Continental breakfast Wednesday & Thursday.
Lunch Wednesday & Thursday.
Wednesday evening networking and entertainment event.
Thursday evening pool party at Casa de Bryant.

Wednesday and Thursday editors from Control Engineering, Control, InTech, and Automation World magazines will be available for one-on-one meetings to discuss product information or new product releases.

To confirm your reservation, please complete and return the Registration Form to the PTO office no later than July 8. If you wish to stay additional nights, a special rate of $95 + 11.67% room tax has been negotiated with the Marriott for those wishing to arrive early or extend their stay in Scottsdale. Please indicate this preference on the Registration Form. Upon receipt of this form, we will send confirmation of your registration containing hotel directions and meeting information. All reservations and/or changes must be made through the PTO office ONLY. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
